MUTE IS
MUTE is a story about possibility. Starting a space from 'mute' to exploring its fullest potential without any prejudice, it is the space and design what studio MUTE aims for.
Studio Mute was established by designer Sarah Kim, the head of creative design team. She has been designing whole range of spaces, expanding her business to commercial spaces as cafes, restaurants and mainly fashion shops. They strive for the best performance to adapt to their belief with intuitions based on continuous communication and different experiences and moreover, they strive to minimize gaps between client's needs and condition of spaces for expanding potential of those spaces their fullest.
MUTE는 가능성에 대한 이야기이다. 어떠한 편견없이 공간을 ‘mute’의 상태에서 시작하여 최대한의 잠재성을 끌어내는 것. 그것이 STUDIO MUTE가 지향하는 공간이며 디자인이다.
STUDIO MUTE는 디자이너 김사라 실장에 의해서 설립되었다. 한섬과 B&A를 거쳐 인테리어 전반에 걸친 디자인 작업을 진행해 왔으며 까페, 레스토랑과 패션산업에 관련한 상업공간을 위주로 사업을 확장해오고 있다. 끊임없는 소통과 다양한 경험에 수반된 직관력으로 원하는 가치를 결과물까지 이끌어오는 데 노력하며, 클라이언트의 니즈와 공간 컨디션을 최소의 간극으로 맞추어 그 공간의 가능성을 최대한으로 확장시키고자 한다.
